These findings are in agreement with a study reporting the role of RASSF1A in suppression of EMT (Epithelial–Mesenchymal Transition), cell migration, invasion, and the metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer cells by inhibiting Yes Associated Protein (YAP) activation through the gef-h1/rhob pathway (Rho/Rac Guanine Nucleotide Exchange Factor 2/Ras Homolog Family Member B) [47]. This evidence concerns the gene RHOB and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
