Taken together, these findings suggest that SNHG12 acts as a key player in the progression of glioma by its involvement in the miR-101-3p/FOXP1 axis, and the miR-195/SOX5 axis, which are stabilized by the binding of the RNA-binding proteins, HuR and TDP43, respectively. Here, SNHG12 is linked to central nervous system cancer.
