In excised tumors, romidepsin reduced tumor weight (fold change compared to control: control 1.0 ± 0.2, romidepsin 0.48 ± 0.14; p = 0.04; Figure 3B) and reduced MDM2 levels as measured by quantitative RT-PCR (fold change compared to control: control 1.0 ± 0.21, romidepsin 0.51 ± 0.07; p = 0.02; Figure 3C).
