In this study, the age, Ki67 index and distribution of tumor infiltrating CD68+ and CD163+ TAMs in cervical cancer tissue were also investigated, however, no significant difference of age, Ki67 index, CD68+ or CD163+ TAMs in the tumor microenvironment was identified between patients correlated with LVI status, lymph node metastasis and FIGO stage, and further analysis failed to find any correlations between TAMs and risk stratification in cervical cancer patients. The gene discussed is CD68; the disease is neoplasm.
