AMD1 and TP53INP1 participate in metabolic pathways, and both have tumor suppressor activity (Scuoppo et al., 2012; Saadi et al., 2015), whereas ULK1 plays a decisive role in autophagy initiation (Zachari and Ganley, 2017) and NFATC1 maintains an anergic phenotype in CLL cells (Märklin et al., 2017).
