SNHG1 and acute myeloid leukemia: We then analyzed the correlation between SNHG1 expression and clinicopathological characteristics in AML patients, and found that high SNHG1 expression was significantly related to higher white blood cell (WBC) count, unfavorable cytogenetics, unfavorable European LeukemiaNet (ELN) risk stratification (Döhner et al., 2017), lower complete remission (CR) rate and higher relapse rate (Table 1 and Table S1).
