MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are known to be dysregulated in bladder cancer (BC) and implicated in the pathogenesis of the development of bladder tumors mostly via their influence on genes involved in two molecular pathways, specifically the gene which codes fibroblast growth factor receptor 3 (FGFR3) and the gene which codes tumor protein 53 (TP53). This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and breast cancer.
