A serum panel composed of miR-574-5p, miR-155, let-7a, and metastasis-associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1 (MALAT1), had high discriminatory potential between BC patients and healthy controls: AUC ranged from 0.96 to 0.97, sensitivity and specificity were 90%–94% and 97%–99%, respectively. This evidence concerns the gene MALAT1 and breast cancer.
