Taken together, the results of this study demonstrate that activated canine non-B, non-T NK lymphocytes have a potential ADCC function, and trastuzumab and cetuximab, which have a human IgG1 backbone, can induce strong ADCC activity of these cells against HER-2- and EGFR-expressing tumor cells, respectively. This evidence concerns the gene EGFR and neoplasm.
