Accordingly, we observed that most CD103+ TILs were CD8+ T cells, which accounted for about 46% of such cells in the ESCC tissues; CD11c+ DC made up fewer of the numbers, suggesting that the CD8+CD103+ subset in CD103+ TILs play a primary role in the anti-tumor immune response.
