HLA-A and neoplasm: mRNA expression of HLA family members showed that HLA-A, HLA-C, HLA-DMA, HLA-DPA1, HLA-DPB1, HLA-DQA1, HLA-DQB1, HLA-DRA, HLA-DRB1, HLA-DRB4, HLA-DRB6 and HLA-E showed significance in the comparison between tumour and normal tissues (all P ≤ 0.05, Figure 1A, C, E, H-K, M-Q).
