Consistent with the previous finding, in the present study too, we elucidated that the miR-30a-5p/FOXD1 axis is one of the mechanisms that regulates the chemosensitivity of gemcitabine in PDAC, and interfering with miR-30a-5p/FOXD1 axis might be a therapeutic strategy for pancreatic cancer. This evidence concerns the gene FOXD1 and familial pancreatic carcinoma.
