UNC45B and metastatic neoplasm: Notably, mice that underwent tumour resection with metastatic disease (TRx mets + group) had significantly elevated HA (21.46 ± 4.15 SFU/100,000 cells), Uq2 (34.12 ± 5.23 SFU/100,000 cells), and Unc45 (30.38 ± 4.09 SFU/100,000 cells) neo-antigen specific T cell frequencies compared to naïve, no tumour animals (HA- 0.18 ± 0.12, Uq2−0.73 ± 0.24, and Unc45- 0.14 ± 0.10 SFU/100,000 cells, respectively, Mean ± SE; Fig. 6B).
