Neo-antigen specific T cells are not just memory cells but reflect the presence of tumour: We show that surgical resection of the primary subcutaneous tumour reduced the frequency of neo-antigen specific T cells specific for all three neo-antigens HA, Uq2 and Unc45 when examined in the primary tumour dLN 19 days post-surgery. This evidence concerns the gene UNC45B and neoplasm.
