We further determined the association between tumor expression of Nav1.7 and clinical outcome of patients with endometrial cancer (Fig. 3a), and observed that patients with high-level tumor expression of Nav1.7 exhibited a shorter 5-year and 10-year survival ratio as compared with the Nav1.7-low group (38% vs 81% and 19% vs 62%, respectively) (Fig. 3b-c). The gene discussed is SCN9A; the disease is endometrial cancer.
