To investigate if Nav1.7 expression has clinical significance in tumor progression in endometrial cancer, we analyzed 20 sets of endometrial cancers with pair tissues of EC and adjacent NE tissue, and found that 75% cases (15 of 20 endometrial cancer) expressed significantly elevated level of Nav1.7 expression compared with paired adjacent normal tissue (Fig. 2a-b). Here, SCN9A is linked to endometrial cancer.
