As shown in Figure 2, compared with that in normal liver tissues, AKR1B10 was significantly upregulated in cirrhosis (P < 0.0001, Figure 2A, 2B and 2E), liver cell dysplasia (P < 0.0001, Figure 2A and 2E) and HCC tumors (P < 0.0001, Figure 2A - 2E).
