KRT14 and breast cancer: A comprehensive study by Noberini et al., profiled three H3 lysine acetylation (K4, K14, K79), fourteen H3 lysine methylation (K4me2, K4me1, K9me1, K9me2, K9me3, K18me1, K27me1, K27me2, K27me3, K36me1, K36me2, K36me3, K79me1, K79me2) and fourteen combinatorial lysine modifications (e.g., H3K9Ac/K14Ac, H3K9me2/K14Ac, H3K27me2/K36me2 etc.)using patient-derived breast cancer specimen tissue, primary breast cancer cells, and available breast cancer cell lines.
