We found that CHRM1 (having putative G4/iMs in first 500 bp upstream), CYP27C1 and FOXH1 (having putative G4/iMs in their first 200 bp upstream) are all linked to pathways related to Alzheimer’s disease [32,33,34,35]. This evidence concerns the gene FOXH1 and early-onset autosomal dominant Alzheimer disease.
