MOG and myeloid sarcoma: Among patients with MOG-Ab disease who had brain lesions (excluding brainstem lesions), 2 (8%) had nonspecific white matter lesions, 2 (8%) had MS-like lesions (ie, juxtacortical and periventricular), 4 (17%) had ADEM-like (ie, large and fluffy) lesions that were symptomatic, and 16 (67%) had 1 to 3 ADEM-like lesions that occurred in different locations and that did not correspond to any brain manifestations at presentation.
