CRP and rheumatoid arthritis: Molar concentration of monomeric CRP was over 10,000-fold of RANKL in both CRPL and CRPH RA patients (Supplementary Fig. 1d), suggesting that the monomeric CRP in the two groups of RA patients was enough to neutralizing RANKL and the redundant free monomeric CRP would dominate osteoclastic activities in RA.
