This pathway analysis revealed a number of genes/pathways previously associated with Salmonella infection, including regulation of actin rearrangements/RAC1/CDC42 signaling (ACTR3, ARPC3, ARPC4, and CYFIP2), membrane trafficking (ACTR3, CHRM2, CTTN, ARPC2, CAPZB, CLTCL1, and ARPC4), and Fcγ receptor-dependent phagocytosis (ACTR3, ARPC3, ARPC4, CYFIP2, and FCGR1A). This evidence concerns the gene CHRM2 and Salmonella Infections.
