Uroplakin-III, CK7 and CK20 and GATA3 gene are expressed in Paget disease secondary to urothelial carcinoma.[1,2,9] CK20, Homeobox protein CDX-2, and Mucin 2 positivity (but not CK7) might indicate an underlying anorectal adenocarcinoma.[1,2,9]. This evidence concerns the gene KRT7 and Paget disease.
