TP53 and nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma: The expression of RUNX1 may be associated with poor survival in ccRCC, and the apoptosis, the B cell receptor signalling pathway, the calcium signalling pathway, the chemokine signalling pathway, the JAK/STAT signalling pathway, the MAPK signalling pathway, the p53 signalling pathway, pathways in cancer, the T cell receptor signalling pathway, the Toll-like receptor signalling pathway, the VEGF signalling pathway, and the Wnt signalling pathway may be significantly correlated with RUNX1 expression in ccRCC.
