Over the follow-up period, 3 (13.6%) and 6 (13.6%) RAEs were observed, including 2 (9.1%) and 3 (6.8%) CTCAE grade 3–4 RAEs, 1 (4.5%) and 3 (6.8%) trigeminal neuralgias, 1 (4.5%) and 3 (6.8%) facial nerve palsies, and 2 (9.1%) and 2 (4.5%) hydrocephaluses, respectively, in NF2-associated and sporadic VSs. This evidence concerns the gene NF2 and trigeminal nerve disorder.
