Therefore, the neurocognitive impairment of the visuospatial working memory in the ADFH individuals with ApoE-4 heterozygotes in the present study is still worth considering in terms of how to maintain or even improve this cognitive function, since they still exhibit comparable levels of AD- and neurocognition-related molecular biomarkers, as shown in the present study.
