Semi-quantitative analysis indicated that the levels of CyclinD1 expression in the ICC tissues were significantly higher than that of non-tumor tissues (6.50 ± 0.33 vs. 2.50 ± 0.20, P < 0.01) while the levels of Dicer expression in the ICC tissues were significantly lower than that in the non-tumor tissues (1.00 ± 0.19 vs. 7.38 ± 0.26, p < 0.001, Fig. 1b). This evidence concerns the gene CCND1 and neoplasm.
