Because CyclinD1 inhibited Dicer expression by chromatin modifications, we further performed ChIP assays to determine whether altered CyclinD1 expression could also modulate the HP1α, H3K9me3 and SUV39H1 expression in the SOX2 and HOXA2 promoters in ICC and non-tumor HIBEpic cells.
