Patients with RC have not benefited from first-line anti-EGFR (epidermal growth factor receptor)-based chemoimmunotherapy [4], while patients with RAS-wild-type metastatic LC receiving anti-EGFR-based chemoimmunotherapy have exhibited longer overall survival than those receiving anti-VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor)-based chemoimmunotherapy [13].
