Based on the distribution of cases, a cutoff of percentage score of ≥3 (percentage of positive cells ≥ 50%) was used to stratify NSCLC patients to determine the prognostic significance of TLR3-t, and a cutoff of percentage score of ≥1 (percentage of positive cells > 0%) was used to stratify NSCLC patients to determine the prognostic significance of TLR3-s and TLR3-i, in the INT cohort.
