The aim of this study was to assess the potential correlations between the intratumor expression of a panel of immune-related biomarkers (PD-L2, PD-1, B7-H3, and B7-H4) and the clinical outcomes of advanced NSCLC patients treated with nivolumab for advanced NSCLC (Nivolumab Cohort) in order to determine the possible role of such molecules as potential markers of clinical efficacy of immune checkpoint blockade. Here, PDCD1LG2 is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
