Compared with the non-ADT group, patients with CAB treatment had the highest DVT risk (HR = 2.53; 95% CI = 1.45–4.42), followed by anti-androgen alone (HR = 2.17; 95% CI = 1.30–3.62), GnRH agonist alone (HR = 1.30; 95% CI = 0.45–3.77), and surgical castration treatment (HR = 0.96; 95% CI = 0.23–4.02) in multiple Cox models with time-dependent covariates. Here, GNRH1 is linked to deep vein thrombosis.
