MIR155HG and cancer: In this study, we examined the association of MIR155HG with immune cells attempting to reveal the immune status in cancer patients by understanding the expression of MIR155HG. The results showed that MIR155HG was significantly negatively correlated with tumor purity and significantly positively correlated with B cells, CD8+ T cells, CD4+ T cells, and DCs in most kinds of cancers.
