In LUAD and early stage of HNSC, patients with high levels of MIR155HG have better OS than patients with low expression of MIR155HG. While high levels of MIR155HG was associated with poor OS in GBM, KIRC, LGG, and UVM, and poor DFS in LGG early stage and UVM MIR155HG was closely related to tumor stage in KICH, KIRC, LUAD, SKCM, Thyroid carcinoma (THCA) (Figure 2; Table S2).
