To investigate the role of ZFAS1 in cell lines, four types of CCA cells and one negative control were used and qRT‐PCR was performed, and the data demonstrated that ZFAS1 expression in CCLP‐1 and RBE cells was relatively higher compared with the negative control of HIBEC cell as shown in Figure 2A. Known that ZFAS1 was up‐regulated in both CCA tissues and cell lines, it became a requisite point to determine whether the effects of ZFAS1 silencing could inhibit tumour cell growth activity.
