GOLPH3 and neuroblastoma: Anti-GOLPH3 staining showed an increase of this molecule expression, and dispersal of the Golgi in the cytoplasm (GOLPH3+ cells 62 ± 3% on average vs. 15 ± 3% in the untreated tumor; p < 0.001), denoting an effect very similar to that observed in curcumin treated NB cells (Figure 5A(1,2) and Figure 5B).
