DMBA-induced breast cancer rats showed increased expression of Pi3K, phospho AKT, phospho mTOR, and HMG-CoA reductase, and AX-SLN significantly (p < .001) reduced the expression of Pi3K, phospho AKT, phospho mTOR, and HMG-CoA reductase (Figure 5, blot not shown). Here, MTOR is linked to breast carcinoma.
