Moreover, Kaplan–Meier analysis of long-term outcomes for overall survival revealed that high expression of TNKS1 was significantly correlated with poorer overall survival in both lung adenocarcinoma and lung squamous cell carcinoma patients (Fig. 6g), as well as for low level of p-AMPK (Fig. 6h) (Supplementary Data 4a, b). The gene discussed is TNKS; the disease is lung adenocarcinoma.
