Statistical analysis revealed that the phosphorylation level of 20 quantified proteins significantly differed: nine membrane-bound proteins (MPC1, ACADVL, SLC25A11, SLC25A4, ATP5A1, HADHB, ETFD, COX4I1, UQCRFS1, see Table 1) and 10 mitochondrial matrix proteins (PDHA1, ACADS, ACADVL, IVD, SUCLG1, LONP1, COQ3, CS, ACAA2, and MDH2, see Table 1) were significantly upregulated and one membrane-bound protein, NADH dehydrogenase ubiquinone flavoprotein 2 (NDUFV2) was downregulated in the pretreatment group with NOC-18 versus ischemia. The gene discussed is PROS1; the disease is ischemia.
