We further demonstrated that the specific regulatory networks including three circRNAs (circ_0069765, cir_0084097, and circ_0079471), their host genes (KIT, PLAT, and ETV1) and three miRNAs (miR-142-5p, miR-144-3p and miR-485-3p) may be key regulators in GISTs and are likely involved in tumour oncogenesis and progression.
