We next applied single doses of 50, 100, and 200 μM CP-dn-ATF5 to 12 different human tumor cell lines of various origins (prostate [PC3, DU145], colon [HCT116], glioblastoma [U251, U87, T98G, LN229, and GBM12], breast [MDA-MB-231, BT474, MDA-MB-468 and MCF7] for 1–3 days and then measured the relative levels of survivin protein.
