The KEGG enrichment pathway analysis of our microarray data revealed that these dyregulated genes were enriched in human T-cell leukemia virus 1 infection (hsa05166, 20 genes were enriched with P = 0.005), proteoglycans in cancer (hsa05205, 16 genes were enriched with P = 0.01), intestinal immune network for IgA production (hsa04672, six genes were enriched with P = 0.01), autophagy-animal (hsa04140, 11 genes were enriched with P = 0.01) and mitophagy-animal (hsa04137, 7 genes were enriched with P = 0.01). This evidence concerns the gene CD79A and cancer.
