Univariate Cox analysis showed that age (HR = 2.615, 95% CI: 1.906–4.927, p = 0.0001), FAB classifications (p = 0.0001), Karyotypes (p = 0.0165), and SH3BP5 expression (HR = 2.107, 95% CI:1.331–3.318, p = 0.0035) were associated with overall survival of AML patients (Table 2).
