MAPK8 and breast carcinoma: Previous research has shown that JNK‐IN‐8 possesses the potential to inhibit NF‐κB activation in breast carcinoma cells (Ebelt et al., 2017), and NF‐κB is a pivotal upstream modulator for proinflammatory cytokines in microglia (Jiang et al., 2017; Simmons et al., 2016).
