We identified 250 down-regulated genes, with many of them known to be important for heart development, such as Ttn, Cav1, Bmp5, and Actc1 (Fig. 7c); Go Ontology (GO) analysis showed that these genes are important for maintaining normal heart function or are closely implicated in cardiomyopathies (Fig. 7d). The gene discussed is TTN; the disease is cardiomyopathy.
