The major hub proteins—HSP90AA1, MYC, SP1, BRCA1, RB1, CFTR, STAT3, E2F1, ERBB2, EZH2, and MET—were basically the same in the two networks, suggesting that our differentially expressed miRNAs regulate target genes which are involved in basic processes of tumor formation. This evidence concerns the gene HSP90AA1 and neoplasm.
