The major hub proteins—HSP90AA1, MYC, SP1, BRCA1, RB1, CFTR, STAT3, E2F1, ERBB2, EZH2, and MET—were basically the same in the two networks, suggesting that our differentially expressed miRNAs regulate target genes which are involved in basic processes of tumor formation. The gene discussed is EZH2; the disease is neoplasm.
