A KEGG analysis revealed that clustering module 1 was primarily enriched in the cell cycle, oocyte meiosis, DNA replication, and p53 signaling, while clustering module 2 was primarily enriched in the complement system, prion disease, and systemic lupus erythematosus, and clustering module 3 was primarily enriched in chemical carcinogenesis, retinol metabolism, P450 drug metabolism, and metabolic pathways. Here, TP53 is linked to prion disease.
