For investigating the effect of SEMA6A on lung cancer cell migration, we overexpressed either the full-length DNA constructs of SEMA6A (6A-FL) or the DNA construct of the ectodomain (6Aect, residues 1-704) (Fig. 1A), silenced endogenous SEMA6A (Fig. 1B) in H1299 cells, and performed a transwell assay. This evidence concerns the gene SEMA6A and lung carcinoma.
