The results (Fig. 5s) demonstrated a highly significant increase in PICOT mRNA expression in LUAD compared to LUAD NAT, and a highly significant decrease in CCND2 mRNA expression in LUAD compared to LUAD NAT suggesting that increased PICOT and decreased CCND2 mRNA levels can serve as a tumor marker in LUAD. This evidence concerns the gene CCND2 and neoplasm.
