As shown in Figure 3D and Supplementary Figure 3A, the expression of the eight genes was positively correlated with the expression of hnRNPR and the levels of CDC25A, CDK1, TFDP1, E2F1, CCNE1, RB1, CCNB1 were remarkably higher in the tumor than in normal controls, except for CDK2 (Figure 3E, Supplementary Figure 3C, 3D).
