TNF and rheumatoid arthritis: Cluster 1 subjects had a higher TNF-α [Supplemental Table 7; linked to dementia in centenarians (51)], a lower microbial Shannon diversity [associated with rheumatoid arthritis (48) and increased frailty (28)], a lower Barthel score, and a higher proportion residing in long-term care (64% compared with 14%) and number of diagnoses compared with cluster 3 (Supplemental Table 7 and Table 2).
