Recent studies have demonstrated that certain lncRNAs can act as competing endogenous RNA (ceRNAs) or miRNA “sponges” to modulate chemotherapy sensitivity in pancreatic cancer, such as linc-ROR [15], GAS5 [16, 17] and linc-DYNC2H1-4 [18]. Here, DYNC2H1 is linked to familial pancreatic carcinoma.
