AGO1 and neoplasm: It was shown that the levels of EIF2C3 and LIN28A significantly correlate with tumor stage, while the up-regulation of DDX20, DGCR8, DICER1, DROSHA, EIF2C1-2, GEMIN4, TARBP2, TNRC6A and XPO5 and down-regulation of LIN28A was observed in tumors with higher clinical grade.
