For reference, known AChE inhibitors such as donepezil and physostigmine (used in the treatment of myasthenia gravis) with smaller MW of 379.500 g/mol and 375.352 g/mol, respectively, have a similar range of MW to curcumin and piperine, thereby reaffirming our rationale of correlating molecular size to binding space. This evidence concerns the gene ACHE and myasthenia gravis.
